If you have any questions about installation, feel free to reach out or read over our insert installation instructions.
Before installation spray the inserts with a de-greaser and wipe clean. Any grease or oil left on the inserts from the machining process could interfere with the epoxy. Never use Loc-Tite with inserts, only use Vibra-Tite offered here.

5 Best solution for mounting skis!
Posted by Colin Evans on 25th Mar 2018
This is the best, most secure, lightest way I habe find to mount multiple skis with the same binding or the same ski with multiple bindings or all of the above. Easy to install and strong.

5 Great Product!

Easy peazy installation with the right tools offered in the kit. Good quality machining on the inserts and the amount of epoxy they send you is just the right amount to get the job done with just a bit left over. The Essential Kit and Drill Guide Block are great things to have in your tool box because you will never be installing the inserts just once. If you are on this website looking because you think you are interested in mounting some inserts then just get what you need and get started. After I made my initial holes with a punch I mounted inserts on a pair of Black Crows for Fritschi Freerides in about 1.5 hours. Make sure you practice lining everything up on an old pair of skis old pair of skis first.

4 Attach multiple bindings to Multiple skis
Posted by Ian G Swope on 2nd Feb 2018
As skis become more and more specialized, many of us nowadays are skiing multiple skis. When a touring binding can run over $600 why have multiple bindings? Also great when you have old rock skis for late/early season.

I've used inserts from other companies in the past. These Binding Freedom inserts are much easier to install and appear to be great quality, plus they are less expensive

I've been using your inserts for almost 2 years and love them! Between friends and craigslist I'm able to pick up cheap skis, mount them and switch to the perfect ski for the conditions.

5 Repeat Purchaser - Great Product
Posted by Unknown on 29th Jun 2017
A great product. The only think I'd add since my earlier review is that skis with dense binding mounting areas (i.e. maple, ash, etc.) can sometimes be a bit more difficult to install the inserts into, but that's a good thing. I've added a step to the process. After tapping the holes, I run a screw back and forth in the holes (same thread pitch as the inserts' o.d. - 5/16-18). Chasing the threads out in this manner makes for a smoother installation in these skis.
